The post holder will also become the registered manager with CQC.

This role involves being part of the out of hours on call rota, where you'll offer telephone support to our 24/7 Learning Disability Services. An additional payment is made for these duties.

The service operates over a 24hour period, 7 days a week, all year round.

We are looking for candidates who:

Interviews will take place in person in the week commencing the 14 October. Clients will be involved in the interview process.

Managing services for adults with a learning disability means you get the opportunity to change people's perceptions of the clients we support. You will have the unique opportunity to lead a service which provides accommodation and care to clients who may come into the service during difficult times in their life. No two days will be the same in the service and you will have the satisfaction of seeing the clients you support flourish.
