About the Role

You'll be the key link between our customers and our technical teams, ensuring services run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and communication is clear, warm, and professional.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as a trusted partner for customers, managing service performance and expectations.
  • Leading service reviews, creating reports and turning insights into meaningful improvements.
  • Coordinating major incidents when needed, ensuring clear communication and follow-up actions.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.
  • Using data and customer feedback to spot opportunities for enhancement.
  • Bringing teams together, encouraging collaboration and helping build a positive, supportive culture.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in IT service delivery or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
