Job overview
We are recruiting to a full time Service Delivery Manager to oversee the day to day operational services with the Community Dental Services. We have clinics and surgeries across 18 different sites, 9 boroughs within South East/West London. If you have experience managing operationally and managing a team of administrative staff across our sites, this role maybe or you.

Main duties of the job
Line management of receptionists across the sites and a team of referral bookers based at headquarters which is at Coldharbour works.
oversee the clinical activity at each site and ensure all clinics are booked to full capacity.
Oversee and coordinate any issues that may arise from the surgeries such as requesting maintenance call outs for equipment, ordering supplies, raising purchase orders and so on

- Liaise with the health centres and health managers to resolve any issues that arise
Person specification
Education, Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
- Education to degree level or equivalent skills and experience
- Demonstrable capacity and capability for operational/clinical service management at middle level in an acute hospital environment or similarly complex organisation, including staff management, financial management and change management.
Skills
Essential criteria
- Strong communication skills including the ability to relate and communicate with patients and staff at all levels and from different professions.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and interpret information effectively and exercise sound judgement and develop practical and workable solutions as a consequence
