About the role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as Solutions Delivery Manager to drive the success of our programmes, ensuring they align with our organisation's goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about programme governance, resource management, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve programme objectives, aligning them with the organisation's overall goals.
• Programme Governance: Define and establish the programme's governance structure, setting up processes, procedures, and reporting mechanisms.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilisation and success.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the programme's success.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
• Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and control the programme budget to meet financial objectives.
• Coordination of Projects: Oversee and coordinate interdependencies among various projects to ensure mutual benefits and alignment.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on programme progress, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering effective collaboration and high performance.
• Change Management: Implement and manage changes to adapt to evolving business needs and environments.

About You

• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams towards common goals
• Strategic Planning: Expertise in setting program objectives and aligning them with organisational goals
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all level
• Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks
• Budget Management: Capability to develop, monitor, and control budgets
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address and resolve issues effectively
• Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
• Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles and practices
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software

Experience:

• Project Management: Several years of experience managing complex projects or programs
• Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing and engaging with stakeholders
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the relevant industry or sector
• Resource Allocation: Experience in managing and allocating resources across multiple project
• Performance Evaluation: Experience in evaluating program performance and implementing improvements
