What will you be doing?

The Paid Media and SEO Manager is part of Argus Media's Marketing Operations team and collaborates with other marketing teams. You will own multiple tactical Paid Media Campaigns and SEO projects that will have a significant positive impact on our business's digital footprint, driving quality leads and increase web traffic. You will partner with all parts of the marketing team, including the Marketing Operations Data and Automation team, Product, Regional, ABM, Copywriting, and Design teams to conceive and execute Paid Media and SEO initiatives to acquire more clients.

You will be leading the execution of campaigns and projects for our SEO, social and paid media channels.

The role would suite someone with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in managing and executing Social, Paid Media and SEO strategies.

Skills and Experience

  • 3 - 4 years in marketing experience with at least 2 years of dedicated experience in Social, Paid Media and SEO.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to drive and articulate digital marketing activity internally and externally, with laser focus and attention to detail for messaging and branding elements.
  • Metrics-driven with the ability to translate complex data from multiple inputs into actionable insights
  • Paid media experience in but not limited to Google AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Twitter for Business, deploying, optimising, maintaining and tracking performance of campaigns
  • Experience in curating social media strategies and managing the delivery of these
  • Experience but not essential, with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and complex CMS platforms such as Sitecore
  • Able to navigate a complex environment involving stakeholders in various business functions and across various locations globally
  • Ability to manage and prioritise stakeholder requirements and ensuring these align Argus Media's business requirements marketing objectives
