We're looking for an experienced Senior Zuora Administrator to take ownership of managing and optimising our Zuora platform, supporting critical financial and billing processes. You'll be a key point of contact for system administration, user support, and integrations, working collaboratively across the business to ensure seamless operations. Location: London, Kings Cross. Hybrid working (3 days in office).
Where do you fit in?
As a trusted partner to our finance, engineering, and operational teams, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth configuration and management of our Zuora platform. From troubleshooting and resolving complex billing issues to maintaining data quality and supporting key integration with Salesforce, you'll contribute directly to improving our quoting, billing, and subscription processes.
You'll also help design process guides, train users, and implement changes to products, pricing, and renewals, ensuring our systems stay aligned with business needs. With a focus on operational efficiency, you'll ensure our platform is optimised to meet current and future demands.

What do you need to succeed?
- Proven experience as a Zuora Administrator with a subscription billing and CPQ systems, ideally integrated with Salesforce.
- Strong SQL skills for database querying and familiarity with data integration tools.
- Excellent analytical abilities for troubleshooting and improving processes.
- Commitment to maintaining high data quality and accuracy.
- Effective communicator, comfortable with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
