Senior Young Persons Adviser

An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Youth Support Service as a Senior Young Persons Adviser. We are looking for someone who has experience of working with targeted and vulnerable young people. The successful candidate will work with a caseload of young people who are at Risk of NEET and NEET (Not in Education, Employment and Training) . You will work intensively with young people who are aged 15-18 and up to 25years with an EHC plan. This work will be assessing the young person's needs and developing a plan of support to ensure they progress into positive activities.

A key part of the job is to measure impact and evidence the outcomes for young people in line with Cheshire East Early Help Strategy and project plans.

We are looking for someone who holds good written and verbal communication skills to be able to complete an assessment for young people with their voice at the heart of their plan. Record on systems and evidence outcomes and the young person's voice.
