- Develop and implement strategic go-to-market approaches for Amazon Connect, targeting specific domains and customer segments
- Engage with executive leadership to understand complex business challenges and propose innovative cloud solutions
- Serve as the primary business specialist for customer services within your assigned territory
- Craft compelling value propositions that directly address customer needs and demonstrate AWS's unique capabilities
- Collaborate with global system integrators to deliver transformative customer projects

Basic Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Enterprise technology sales, or consulting
- Comprehensive understanding of contact center operations, business, and technology
- Proficiency in English communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite, Executive, Business, and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

- Demonstrated credibility as a business advisor to executive leadership
- Experience negotiating complex customer and partner agreements
- Proven success in matrix sales environments
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms
