Role Summary:

The Workplace Engagement Specialist for EMEA will be responsible for creating and implementing localised team engagement strategies across multiple countries within the EMEA region. This role aims to foster an engaged workforce that contributes to SHEIN's broader global growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, experience in event & budget management, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with HRBP teams to develop and faciliate implementation of team cultural engagement strategies tailored to each country within the EMEA region.
  • Ensure alignment with SHEIN's global engagement goals while addressing local cultural nuances.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of engagement strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  • Engagement Partnership Management (福利与B端资源BD,EMEA区域协议资源等开拓):
  • Negotiate, onboard, and manage existing and new engagement partnerships such as staff benefits, social activities partners etc for EMEA teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance team engagement initiatives and experiences.
  • Enhanced Benefits program Management
  • Plan and execute team engagement events and communication initiatives across the EMEA region.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with SHEIN's values and objectives.
  • Manage and allocate relevant budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximized impact.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on engagement activities, budget utilisation, and the impact of initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data and feedback to improve future engagement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant role, with a focus on employee engagement, workplace culture, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage partnerships effectively.
  • Strong ability to manage and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing budgets and ensuring financial accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and work collaboratively across teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, understanding and respecting cultural differences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global company.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages spoken within the EMEA region.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
