Our rapidly growing team of visualization specialists, data scientists, and AI and machine learning engineers seeks to ideate and bring to life what’s next for our clients
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
Due to increasing market demand, we are specifically seeking individuals with deep Power BI and data visualization expertise. Experience integrating Power BI with data sources such as Azure Synapse, Data Lakes, and other cloud services is highly valued
• Solve complex data challenges for large corporate clients across various sectors, designing effective Power BI solutions
• Collaborate or lead multidisciplinary, agile, and distributed teams
• Strengthen internal capabilities by contributing to the AI & Analytics practice, fostering innovation, and mentoring other team members
• Support clients in creating scalable, user-centric dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights
• Establish best practices for Power BI governance, including workspace setup, security models, and performance optimization

Your skills and experience
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including hands-on experience designing and building dashboards, reports, and data models
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI service administration
• Ability to lead teams through multiple full-lifecycle Power BI implementations, with a passion for data-driven insights and storytelling concepts
• A strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and data visualization best practices
• Experience integrating Power BI with data lakes, Azure Synapse, and other cloud platforms
• Knowledge of security models and role-based access control for secure Power BI solutions
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
