We are seeking a future team member for the role of Operations General Manager to join our EMEA Enterprise Call Centre Team. This role will be in Manchester, this will be a HYBRID Position.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage a medium- to large-sized team or multiple small teams, across several locations.
• Sets departmental priorities, develops shared vision and strategy to optimise team performance and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan.
• Develops a shared vision and strategy to optimise team execution and performance.
• Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
• Ensures the work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
• Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
• Develops standard processes and policies for assigned areas and ensures they are operationalized by subordinate teams.
• Responsible for the achievement of team objectives

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:

• Typically has financial and human resources responsibility for assigned teams within background
• Has a track record as an effective leader.
• Has a strong customer service background, across
• 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
• Experience in securities or financial services preferred.
• Demonstrates a commitment to the values and mission of BNY
