We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Service Lead to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders; run service reviews and share insights.
  • Track and own client asks/issues in CRM; ensure timely, high-quality resolution.
  • Proactively identify risks and themes; escalate with clear recommendations when needed.
  • Coordinate with operations and product teams to connect adjacent solutions and enhance service.
  • Standardize client reporting and help deliver regular service packs.
  • Provide data-driven insights about client health using BI and reporting tools.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • 4-8 years in Middle Office or institutional client service; strong understanding of operations.
  • Clear, confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
  • Proficient with CRM and BI/reporting tools; comfortable turning data into narratives.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with ownership.
