Senior Vendor Operations Manager - Strategy & Enablement, Customer Experience

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Vendor Management team to play a critical role in managing and optimising vendor relationships across all Bumble Inc. brands.
This role will be based in London, reporting to the Vendor Ops Lead, CX Strategy & Enablement.
What You'll Do
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across vendor partnerships. Provide actionable insights to improve our approach to processes, policies, and tooling.
- Review and manage contracts and agreements with a variety of external partners to maximise value and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership and provide recommendations to dynamically leverage vendor capabilities and capacities.
- Gather and integrate feedback from partners, internal stakeholders, and team members to influence positive outcomes with our external partners.
- Use a data-driven approach to identify operational gaps and work closely with cross-functional teams to address and overcome operational challenges.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support project plans that drive operational excellence.
- Partner closely with our Continuous Improvement Managers to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
Experience We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5-7 years in vendor management operations, with a strong understanding of performance management, strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Experience working in customer support, content moderation or working in a Trust & Safety organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
