Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and interface design, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize findings to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the usability of our products
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure a consistent and scalable design language across all products
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our design solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies

• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
