We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with extensive experience in designing trading and investing applications to help us elevate the user experience of our trading platform.

As a Senior UX Expert, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our multi-asset trading platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless, efficient, and user-friendly designs that meet the unique demands of retail traders. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of retail trading environments, particularly multi-asset trading, and someone with proven expertise in UX design within competitive platforms.

Key Responsibilities
User-Centric Design: Lead the design of comprehensive user flows and interfaces, optimizing the trading experience for retail traders with different trading expertise.
Product Development Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure the seamless integration of UX solutions in the trading platform.
Holistic Trading Screens: Develop efficient, user-friendly, and visually appealing trading screens that cater to novice and expert traders alike, balancing functionality with ease of use.
Capital Markets Expertise: Leverage a strong understanding of capital markets and trading to design solutions that meet both user needs and the technical requirements of the platform.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design ideas effectively and user flows.
Testing & Validation: Conduct usability tests, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to continually improve the trading experience.
Market Research: Stay current with trends in UX design, retail trading, and competitor platforms to ensure the app remains competitive and user-focused.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UX designers and foster a collaborative, innovative design environment.
User research: conduct interviews and speak to clients of all levels to gain a strong understanding of their requirements

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, focusing on retail trading apps or financial technology platforms.
• Experience at a leading competitor of eToro is highly preferred.

Trading Expertise
• Extensive knowledge of retail trading and multi-asset investing.
• Familiarity with trading terminologies and the intricacies of capital markets.
• Proven track record in designing user experiences that enhance trading efficiency and engagement.

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating intuitive and functional trading platforms or similar financial products.

Soft Skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly in understanding complex user needs within financial markets.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in designing for mobile-first trading platforms.
• Knowledge of behavioral design principles to influence user behavior within financial apps.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in retail trading and investing across different regions
