About the role

Join our team and embark on an exciting journey in revolutionising user web experiences! We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who can bring their creative flair and passion for enhancing online interactions to the table. We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices. With strong communication skills, you'll effortlessly translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive designs.

In this role you will be working in our Web team in F-Secure's Marketing unit either in Helsinki or London. Your future team consists of diverse web development professionals and experts in Digital Marketing. In addition, you will work closely with cross-organization stakeholders and other design experts to build a unanimous design. This is a unique chance to create something extraordinary together by building bridges and co-learning from each other.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and leading the overall UX strategy for web. This involves defining user personas, conducting user research, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our website meets the needs and expectations of the target audience.
• Having direct responsibility of wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate our design concepts and interactions.
• Building processes, design systems, and tools for web UI and UX and supporting company mission to create a more customer centric business.
• Creating and maintaining documentation and design library in Figma.
• Desire to incorporate AI into ways of working and be ahead of the curve with the future of UX.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of work experience in both UX and UI web design, especially work experience with websites and e-commerce and B2B.
• Experienced in creating & implementing UX strategy that spans multiple regions.
• Experienced in working closely with web developers & designers.
• Capabilities to validate and explain UX and UI design principles and insights to several stakeholders.
• Capability to utilize data to improve UX and connecting business needs with your vision of how great UX enables better business.
• Full professional proficiency in English, we also appreciate any proficiency in Finnish.
