What you'll do

We are seeking an accomplished Senior UI Designer to join our team, and help shape the future design direction of our Global Commerce experiences across our TV, mobile and web platforms .

You will:

• Work closely with design, product and development teams to create new experiences and refine patterns.Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead projects, presenting designs to stakeholders and advocating for user-centered design principles.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure UI changes enhance the overall user experience.
• Mentor and guide junior UI designers.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and standards for internal and external systems.

What you'll bring

• Day to day hands on e xtensive design experience with a focus on UI design, including visual and user-centered design principles.
• Expert knowledge in tools like Figma and other prototyping applications.
• Cross Platform Experience with motion and interaction design.
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and front-end development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent visual design skills and understanding of user interaction.
• A strong visual design portfolio demonstrating craft & problem-solving capabilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering pixel-perfect, cutting-edge designs.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
