We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior UI Designer to join our UX community. You'll lead the UI output for our Consumer team. You will design intuitive and delightful interfaces, detailed prototypes and high-fidelity visuals, as well as contributing and maintaining our design system. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify customer challenges that support our commercial priorities and strategic objectives. You'll be joining an experienced and established UX community where people feel valued and empowered to achieve brilliant outcomes. A place where we can grow, thrive and push boundaries together. Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire or Kings Cross, London. Hybrid working applies. 3 days in the office minimum.

What do you need to succeed?
- A strong portfolio showcasing your eye for design and strong visual skills.
- Experience in shaping and extending visual identities through user interfaces.
- Ability to collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering and research.
- Proven experience designing high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in designing high-quality software products within fast-paced environments.
- A curious mindset towards design, constantly challenging and rethinking approaches to design and workflows.
- Deep knowledge of UX and UI principles and best practices, backed by a proven track record of delivering user-centred and intuitive experiences.
- Experience in delivering designs for mobile applications.
