The Role

Join the dynamic Sofina Group Treasury team in the Centre of Excellence, where you'll play a pivotal role in cash management and management reporting for Sofina Foods Europe. You'll provide crucial support to both the entire group and its individual businesses, driving excellence and innovation in our financial operations.

Duties Include:

• Prepare a weekly summary of bank balances and movements for all of Sofina Europe.
• Prepare a weekly cashflow forecast for the financial year for Sofina Europe and review each week.
• Maintain all UK & ROI group bank mandate.
• Liaise with banks and lenders setting up and amending accounts and facilities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual compliance certificates for lenders.
• Ensure sufficient funds are in each account each day to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
• Ensure group interest costs and bank charges are minimized.
• Implement board FX policies in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, placing FX hedges as required in conjunction with the Business Performance team.
• Issue monthly FX rates for Sofina Foods Europe.
• Calculate monthly revaluations of all foreign currency assets and liabilities.
• Manage loans (intercompany and external) and calculate interest accruals.
• Approve payments in accordance with group procedures.
• Ad Hoc reporting.
• Provide cover and support to other members of the rest of the Treasury team and Centre of Excellence.
• Ensure continuous improvement to processes and controls.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified or finalist CIMA/ACCA/ACA
• Some experience of Treasury, banking and cash management
