Our Administration Service Group (ASG) business continues to grow and we are now looking for an experienced Senior Training Co-ordinator to join our vibrant office with remote or hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a similar role where they have gained knowledge and experience of development, coordination, and delivery of technical training.

The Role
As a Senior Training Coordinator with XPS you will:
- Assess the training needs of XPS Administration in collaboration with Learning and Development and Operation Managers.
- Develop and maintain an annual training plan that addresses the needs of XPS Admin.
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics of training events, including venues, equipment, and attendee lists.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using relevant feedback and metrics to continually improve content and delivery.
- Oversee and monitor the training budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress, and monitor the outcomes of training.
- Work with the XPS Group Learning and Development team.
Your profile
Essential Criteria
- Preferably educated at least to 'A' level standard or equivalent.
- Direct, relevant experience of the training within the Pensions Industry, preferably inn a coordinating or supervisory position.
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical training.
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training program effectiveness.
- Good interpersonal, written, presentation and communication skills
- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
- Desire to improve standards and develop new procedures and working practices
- Must be able to understand and comment on complex technical issue
- Enthusiastic, positive, flexible approach to work and to be a team player.
