We're looking for a dynamic Senior Training and Development Officer to join our busy and supportive Training Team within Adult Social Care and Health (ASCH). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, helping ensure that our workforce has access to high-quality training that supports excellent care for East Sussex residents.
In this varied and rewarding role you will:
- Lead a small, dedicated team with energy and vision
- Use your digital and IT skills to manage and improve the East Sussex Learning Portal
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure smooth delivery of our training offer
- Oversee and enhance the team's administrative functions
- Bring creativity, innovation, and leadership to our learning programmes
