If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! In this role, you'll be over seeing a team of Divisional Retail Trainers, whilst developing divisional training plans and delivering training across the division, ensuring all courses are delivered to the highest standards by your training delivery team.

Your mission will be to ensure the learner's experience is practical and provides effective experiential learning. You'll drive the performance of the team through collaboration with Quality Assurance Specialists and regular observation of their training to OFSTED standards, providing regular feedback and coaching. As well as facilitating practical group workshops across a range of specialist subjects such as Optics, Audiology, and Domiciliary, both virtually and in person. You'll also be involved with team projects, weekly trade calls, and reviewing content to ensure it's meeting the training needs across your division.

You'll provide regular feedback and guidance to the Instore trainers and regional team on any development needs, to ensure the teams have the tools needed to succeed, with regular consultations in each division to drive standards and ensure regulatory compliance in our Regional Training Centres. You'll manage the balance between the delivery of our retail training offer, store visits, and new store openings. This includes the delivery of an effective and consistent process for new store openings and rebrands.
