About The Role
As the Senior Lifecycle Manager, you will lead the strategy of customer engagement initiatives that drive usage, retention
and long-term customer value - specifically across our own and cobrand partner lifecycle journeys.
This is a data-informed role focused on designing, creating and optimising end-to-end lifecycle journeys for existing customers.
You'll be working closely with internal teams (Acquisition, CRM, Analytics, Technology) and external brand partners to bring your ideas to life. You'll be the voice of the customer, ensuring all touchpoints are
seamless, personalised, and performance oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Define and deliver a strategic lifecycle roadmap to support onboarding, retention, engagement, and reactivation across channels (email, SMS, push, inapp, DM, web).
- Cross functional collaboration: Drive cross-team initiatives involving Acquisition Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Data ops,
Analytics, Tech, Operations and Legal.
- Data and Experimentation: Champion the data agenda through the lens of the customer
using insights to shape campaigns and new projects which deliver commercial and customer-centric outcomes.
- Drive innovation through a test-and-learn mindset:
Work with CRM to optimise
automated journeys and champion the team to deliver test and learn to drive stronger performance
- Partner Management: Lead the implementation of end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys for existing and new partnerships.
- Performance optimisation:
Define and track KPIs, regularly reporting on lifecycle performance
- Management:
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
About You
We're seeking someone with
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to not just meet targets, but exceed them
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing and performance reporting
- Passion for customer-centric marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Legal and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills - strong storytelling, writing, and presentation capabilities
- Experience in co-brand partnerships and team management a plus
The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK and meet the following criteria:
