As a Senior Technician in our IT & Digital User Experience Team, you'll deliver expert technical support and lead on installations, configuration changes, and problem resolution. You'll work across East Sussex, ensuring systems run smoothly and projects are delivered successfully, helping us provide essential services that make a real difference.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold A-Level, HND, or equivalent experience (relevant qualifications desirable)
  • Have strong knowledge of desktop environments, device hardware, operating systems, and an understanding of server and networking principles
  • Understand ITIL best practices (ITIL Foundation certification desirable).
  • Possess excellent IT skills, including MS Office and device hardware management.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
