What we are looking for:
We're looking for a Senior Sourcer/Recruiter to join our London office and take the lead on candidate sourcing and management for our most important roles. We are looking for someone who cares about the top of the funnel as their primary driver. This role will be focussed on ensuring we have a strong pipeline of candidates across all of our key roles. This will have a key focus on our Product & Engineering Org, though you will also work on roles across the wider business.
This role isn't just about filling jobs... We want to raise the bar. You'll work as a strategic partner to hiring teams, deeply understanding their needs now and in the future. You will help run our hiring processes end to end, ensuring that every candidate leaves with a positive impression of our business.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You'll own the full candidate journey; from sourcing and outreach through to guiding them across the process and ensuring they have a seamless experience. You'll shape how we identify and engage top talent as we grow, with lots of opportunity to help refine our recruiting processes, candidate communication and experience. You'll get to support roles across a wide range of functions, from GTM and Marketing to Film Production and AI Research.
Experience you will bring:
- Drive end-to-end pipelines: from sourcing and outreach through interviews and closing.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand needs, shape search strategies, and calibrate on profiles
- Proactively source, engage, and nurture top talent across technical and GTM markets
- Ensure we are building strong and diverse talent pipelines across all of our key roles
- Guide candidates through every stage of the process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience
- Coordinate interviews and logistics - taking ownership of your process without a dedicated coordinator
- Contribute to scalable improvements in how we source, evaluate, and engage talent, including scorecards and rubrics
- Help evolve consistent, equitable hiring practices across multiple functions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally with a strong track record in Product and Engineering talent pipelines
- Background in an internal Talent/Recruiting team (agency experience a plus if paired with in-house exposure)
- Deep understanding of the UK/EU tech market and candidate dynamics
- Proven ability to source and convert talent in competitive markets, with strong closing and relationship building skills
- Skilled at building credibility and trust with senior stakeholders in fast-moving environments
- Hands-on experience owning scheduling and coordination as part of running your own process
- Happy to work on roles across the business from GTM, creative, and research functions as hiring needs shift
Bonus Points:
- Experience hiring in AI/ML research
- Experience working with Ashby
Interview Process:
At Flawless, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. We'll dive into past projects and simulate working together.
Our interview process is three rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other:
- Recruiting Screen: 30-45 minute call with our Head of Talent (We want to discuss your interests and motivations as well as the practical details and make sure that Flawless would be a good fit for you)
- Small Take Home Task: 60 minutes: We will ask you to provide examples of suitable candidates for some roles and explain why you feel they would be a great fit.
- Team Interview: 2ish hours onsite Interview where you will meet a variety of your potential future colleagues, such as members of the People Team and potential future stakeholders
Why work at Flawless?
You will be working in an environment based on trust, autonomy and collaboration, and this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing company in its most exciting stage of development. You can play a part in shaping the future of a company that's caring, creative and collaborative.
In addition to this, you'll also receive:
- Autonomy
- A hybrid working environment
- Competitive Salary
- Stock Options
I don't meet all the listed requirements-should I still apply?
Absolutely! Research shows that women and underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet every qualification, but at Flawless, we actively work to break down those barriers. We believe diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds make us stronger, and we are committed to supporting and elevating underrepresented talent. If you're excited about the role, share our values, and believe you can contribute meaningfully, we encourage you to apply-even if you don't meet every single requirement. Your unique skills and perspective matter, and we'd love to hear from you
