REVIT & D&B experience A MUST

We are looking for Technical Designer for our clients specialising in commercial workplace fit out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Technical Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical drawing support and assistance to the Creative team
  • Collaborating with sub-contractors on technical aspects of design concepts during the pitch phase
  • Developing technical aspects of design concepts in the design development phase through collaboration with sub-contractors
  • Creating detailed project drawing packs
  • Ensuring designs comply with building control regulations
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure successful project implementation
  • Maintaining standards on-site
  • Attending sub-contractor and client site meetings when required
  • Developing commercial awareness
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest products and techniques to provide the best recommendations to clients
  • Advising and mentoring junior members of the design team

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years experience, ideally in workplace D&B.
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit and is currently working on a Revit project
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Must have design & build experience
  • Confident in producing drawing packages
  • Proven experience in interacting with project teams and working in a team environment
  • Relevant degree qualifications
  • Relevant professional qualifications
