REVIT & D&B experience A MUST
We are looking for Technical Designer for our clients specialising in commercial workplace fit out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Technical Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical drawing support and assistance to the Creative team
- Collaborating with sub-contractors on technical aspects of design concepts during the pitch phase
- Developing technical aspects of design concepts in the design development phase through collaboration with sub-contractors
- Creating detailed project drawing packs
- Ensuring designs comply with building control regulations
- Collaborating with the team to ensure successful project implementation
- Maintaining standards on-site
- Attending sub-contractor and client site meetings when required
- Developing commercial awareness
- Staying up-to-date with the latest products and techniques to provide the best recommendations to clients
- Advising and mentoring junior members of the design team
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years experience, ideally in workplace D&B.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit and is currently working on a Revit project
- Proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Must have design & build experience
- Confident in producing drawing packages
- Proven experience in interacting with project teams and working in a team environment
- Relevant degree qualifications
