Summary
As our next Senior Technical Consultant - Proactive Projects, you'll be instrumental in driving strong customer stakeholder engagement. You will work with the IT leaders at client's sites to understand their core business and ensure IT is aligned to meet business needs.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a clear communicator. Working with a team of skilled professionals, you'll be responsible for delivering projects to ensure the smooth running and continuous improvement of IT operations at customer sites.

You're not the type to like working on solo projects where there is no interaction with clients or customers. The role isn't purely focussed on resolving escalations from the service desk. In this role, you will need to understand the clients desired outcome to deliver an aligned solution.

As a Senior Technical Consultant - Proactive Projects, you will love working with a diverse range of projects utilising the latest IT technologies. Your remit would be to work with the IT leaders at client's sites to understand their core business and ensure IT is aligned to meet business needs.

The Key Requirements ...

• 1 - 2 years experience as a 3rd line engineer
• experience of delivering a wide range of projects
• One years experience working with Hyper-V and Windows Server environment
• Desirable to have formal IT qualifications ( Azure and Endpoint Management e.g. MD-102)
