EKC Training are looking for an AM2 Centre Manager - Independent Licensed Assessor to manage the AM2 Centre at EKC Training, Wotton Road site.

In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring policies and procedures are up-to-date with NET standards, maintaining and preparing equipment, and most importantly, delivering the four-day assessments. About You

We are seeking an AM2 Licensed Assessor to join our Ashford End Point Assessment Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled, organized, and dedicated professional to join our team and play a key role in the assessment of future electricians.

As an AM2 Licensed Assessor, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our state-of-the-art assessment centre. This involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all assessments are conducted in line with regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism throughout the process. You will be at the forefront of assessing candidates as they work toward industry-recognised qualifications, which makes this a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of skilled electricians.

To excel in this role, you will need a solid background in the electrical industry, accompanied by a strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Whilst a Licensed Assessor is preferable, we are open to providing full training to the right candidate who meets the minimum criteria, and who demonstrates the experience and qualities needed to succeed. If you have industry experience but have not yet achieved your assessor's qualification, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your career with us.

Strong IT skills will also be highly beneficial in this role, helping you to efficiently manage documentation, track candidate progress, and ensure that the centre's operations are run to the highest standards.
