We are looking for motivated and ambitious Senior Business Analysts with at least 5* years of professional experience* to join NETbuilder and working with one of our clients, a leading telecommunications company.
As a Senior BA, you'll play a critical role in shaping business solutions, translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes, and driving delivery across high-profile initiatives. You'll partner with stakeholders at all levels, align business goals with technology strategy, and ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
What you'll do:
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and management of complex business and functional requirements
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define solutions and influence decision-making
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Drive Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban), including backlog management and sprint planning
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and process design activities
- Contribute to the design and optimisation of enterprise systems (CRM, Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst (consulting or industry), ideally in large-scale, complex environments
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence business outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
- Solid experience in Agile delivery and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, strategic thinker with a solutions-focused mindset

Salary and benefits:
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000
