Our ideal colleague will be somebody who will:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process with knowledge of the Insurance industry whilst aligning to global HR KPI's
- Adopt a country approach to talent activation, from early career/interns to professional hires, including how we build and promote our employer branding and attract diverse candidates to Swiss Re
- Evolve and improve talent acquisition processes and delivery through various sourcing
- Adapt, implement and adopt various recruitment projects and initiatives for the UK in line with global processes within regional Talent Acquisition community
- Establish and maintain open and regular communication with HR colleagues and key customers
About the Team
The team, based in Zurich and Bratislava, owns and executes through a 360 recruitment cycle. The team consists of junior & senior recruiters who maintain ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process up until contract creation and onboarding in EMEA region. The team provides a dedicated recruitment service to all Swiss Re business units and legal entities based in EMEA.
About You
You have built your career in an international company or one with sizable regional footprint, understanding the complexity and matrix of a global organisation. Recruitment expertise within the UK Insurance markets would put you at a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of and experience of applying local labour law in both talent acquisition and HR processes
- Successful (5+ years') experience in running full cycle recruiting process in house
- Demonstrable experience in leading initiatives and projects
- Experienced in the area of sourcing, headhunting and/or executive search
- Excellent communication and proven ability to advise and partner with business leaders
- Bachelors or Masters in Human resources or in role experience
