Overview

In this strategic fast-paced, you'll drive talent acquisition excellence across our entire production practice as part of a collaborative TA team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work at the heart of our business transformation, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and your TA colleagues to build world-class talent pipelines and own complex recruitment initiatives. Your success will directly impact our ability to scale and maintain our position as leaders in intelligent content production.

Key responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end hiring process for assigned roles, from briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain deep, qualified talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and strategic roles; nurture passive candidates and create talent communities to enable faster hiring cycles and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Talent Strategy: Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design hiring plans, and align recruitment initiatives with business goals.
  • Sourcing Excellence: Use a variety of sourcing channels - including referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, direct outreach and market research-to identify and engage top-tier talent.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders; providing market insights, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • TA Team Collaboration: Work as an integral part of the broader talent acquisition team, collaborating on shared roles, sharing market insights and best practices, and supporting team members to drive collective recruitment excellence.
  • Process Improvement: Drive ongoing optimisation of recruitment workflows and ensure operational excellence.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide reporting that support smarter talent and workforce decisions.
  • DEI Integration: Ensure Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles are embedded in every stage of the hiring process and all recruitment activities.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate on initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and enhance talent attraction efforts.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities meet legal and internal policy requirements.
  • Adaptability: Navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly and drive processes through periods of transformation.

Key skills

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within production or tech environments.
  • Skilled in sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in scaling operations and embracing change.
  • Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and passion for hiring high-impact talent.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and excited to be part of a collaborative team reinventing how recruitment works.
