Publicis Groupe UK is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Freelance & Contract Hiring) to help drive our freelance recruitment strategy and embed best practices across our 21 agencies.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Embedding freelance hiring best practices across Publicis Groupe UK.
• Managing and developing three Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality hiring solutions.
• Supporting hiring managers in making compliant and effective freelance hiring decisions.
• Managing our freelance talent pipeline using Icims, ensuring quick access to top-tier talent.
• Ensuring full IR35 compliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining a seamless hiring process.
• Driving operational excellence in freelance recruitment across all agencies.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in freelance, contract, and temporary hiring.

Deep understanding of IR35 compliance and UK employment regulations.

Experience leading and managing a high-performing recruitment team.

A data-driven mindset, with the ability to influence strategic hiring decisions.

Experience using Icims or similar ATS platforms.

Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
