Your Impact
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Sales hiring across Europe, you will play a key role in building high-performing commercial teams that drive OpenText's growth across diverse markets. Your ability to identify, engage, and hire top sales talent will directly support our regional revenue goals and customer success. By partnering with hiring managers and regional stakeholders, you'll ensure we attract candidates who bring both market expertise and a passion for delivering results.
What the Role Offers

You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level sales roles, contribute to regional sourcing strategies, and help enhance our employer brand in key talent markets. What You Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you bring solid experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with a focus on sales or commercial roles in a multinational environment. You're a proactive communicator, skilled at building relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and are comfortable navigating cultural and market differences across Europe. Fluency in English is required, and additional European languages are a strong advantage, but not essential. A passion for delivering great candidate experiences and a drive to continuously improve will help you stand out.
