Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Analyst for the NetSuite ERP ecosystem to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite platform across various departments and work with a globally distributed team remotely and on a face-to-face basis. This role will work closely with key business stakeholders to identify, implement, and support business solutions in alignment with the company's growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Systems Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations, configuration, and maintenance of the NetSuite and various ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and stability.

• Business Process Improvement: Work closely with stakeholders to analyze current business processes and workflows, identify areas of improvement, and implement NetSuite solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Define, document, and maintain business processes and system workflows to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

• Customization and Integration: Manage the customization of NetSuite workflows, fields, forms, records, and reports as needed. Collaborate with developers and third-party vendors to integrate NetSuite with other business systems.

• Data Management and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools to support the business's decision-making process. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the NetSuite system.

• Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the NetSuite platform and its modules.

• Project Management: Lead and participate in NetSuite-related projects, including new implementations, module upgrades, and process automation initiatives.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with new NetSuite releases, features, and best practices. Provide recommendations to optimize system functionality and usage across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP administration, configuration, and support.

• In-depth understanding of NetSuite modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, CRM, etc.) and how they interconnect.

- Material Planning Concepts

- NetSuite Inventory and SCM

- NetSuite Planning and Budgeting

- NetSuite Order to Cash

- NetSuite Procure to Pay

- NetSuite functionalities include Record Types, Forms, Roles, Permissions, and Page Layouts.

• Experience with NetSuite SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, Customization, Reports and Saved Searches.

• Experience in data migration, integration, EDI, and interfacing NetSuite with other platforms (e.g., Shopify, Arena, Tipalti, Enable, 3PLs, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex business and system issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in finance or accounting, particularly with ERP processes like general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

• Experience in NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) for Demand and Supply Planning for manufacturing for Supply Chain planning

• Experience with eCommerce systems is a big plus (i.e. Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)

• Knowledge of PLM system (i.e. Arena)

• Knowledge of NSAW and other NetSuite reporting tools (i.e. NSPB)

• Familiarity with NetSuite integrations via API, web services, or middleware (i.e. Celigo, Orderful)

• Knowledge of integrations with 3PLs and Freight vendors via EDI or API

• ERP experience within industries like Manufacturing, Supply Chain.

• Experience in managing ERP implementation projects or module upgrades.
