Senior Surveyor
Role Purpose
Office agency position, advising West End London Owners, Developers and Occupiers on their office disposals
CBRE's market leading London Office Agency team advises the Owners, Developers and Occupiers across London. The West End London office agency team now requires a Senior Surveyor to help further bolster their resources and client offering in the marketplace. The team has significant experience and knowledge to learn off and also has a fantastic book of work in terms of prime instructions.
Key Responsibilities
Working with senior team members on leasing disposals
Seeking and securing new instructions
Carrying out viewings on behalf of clients
Inspecting and measuring premises
Preparation and negotiation of Heads of Terms
Monitoring deals through the legal process
Carrying out marketing initiatives
Preparation of market reports
Assisting senior colleagues on instructions as necessary
Person Specification/Requirements
An office agency background is important with experience within the Central London market.
Demonstrable experience within a similar role
A track record of engaging and delivering for Landlord clients
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority
Diligent and pro-active
Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
