We are a national Building Consultancy company providing project management and building consultancy services to a wide range of clients. We are part of MAPP, the UK's leading specialist in commercial property and asset management, with over GBP 30bn of property under management for a variety of UK and overseas Fund Managers, REITs and other property owners.

Who Does This Role Report Into? Executive Director - Head of Building Consultancy - London

Role Summary / Purpose and ScopeThe Senior Building Surveyor is responsible leading various instruction types across all
Building Surveying facets, with an expectation of having had a reasonable level of
experience previously. Initially, there will be an expectation to assist with client
management and support, with a view to having an increasing responsibility and becoming
main point of contact for a variety of clients.

The candidate will be expected to support with the development of Graduate Building
Surveyors, initially taking on an informal management and learning development role.
This will become structured.

• An understanding of the rationale behind the building surveying opportunities and showing a readiness to engage.

• Auto CAD proficient

• Effective PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages

Experience and Salary

Level of Experience / Certifications:3-5 years experience of working in a similar role
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 5pm Friday
Salary Range (Based on Experience)Competitive salary, depending on experience.
