Job Advert Role Description

To provide the highest standard of person centred support and care to the people who use our service.

maintaining dignity and respect, enabling them to lead as independent lives as possible and realise their potential.

Ensure own actions and behaviour and through the effective supervision of Support Workers, the service complies with corporate policy and local procedures, statutory regulations and quality standards.

Working on shift to days at WV5 site, two days at WS6 site and one day per week at the registered office.

Must be a driver for this role with access to your own vehicle to travel to the main office.
