You will need to be flexible, as the position will include shift work and sleep-ins, be able to listen, patient, and most of all be passionate about person centered support.

Senior Support Worker are crucial to the provision of this support ensuring that the highest quality of support is given to the individuals we support

Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential.

Job Advert Role Description

You will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too - our residents participate in day trips, charity events and much more!

Our ideal locality coordinator will:

  • Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
  • Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
  • Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more!
