Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of motor recovery files, handling pre-litigation and litigation processes.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case files.
• Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and third parties to progress cases effectively.
• Assist in the negotiation of settlements and manage recovery actions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior paralegals and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

• Proven experience as a Litigated Paralegal, with a focus on motor recoveries.
• Strong knowledge of the motor insurance and recovery process.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
