Are you ready for your next step in supported housing?
Suffolk Mind provide housing and support services to individuals with enduring mental health issues and are looking for a supportive and dedicated Senior Support Worker (known internally as a Senior Practitioner) to support both the manager and deputy manager in the delivery of an effective and responsive housing service.
- Full time - 37 hours per week (based on a shift system that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays)
- Woodbridge
- £26,800.00 per annum plus earn £65 per sleep-in shift
- £500 Joining bonus
Some key requirements for this role:
- NVQ3 or Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent - or a commitment to attain this
- Experience of working with individuals with complex physical and mental health needs
- Knowledge and experience of support planning and case management
- Ability to work as part of a team and motivate staff on shift
- Ability to work shifts and flexible hours if applicable to service demands
