Salary : Support Worker: £13.00 per hour Senior Support Worker: £13.90 per hour (Reviewed annually)

Hours: 36 hours per week (Days) 1 x Part-Time Role - 14 hours per week
Work Pattern: Rotating Monday-Sunday schedule Mix of early, late, and night shifts

We're looking for passionate Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join our bespoke supported living service. This is your chance to provide life-changing, person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs, in a role that truly makes a difference.

About the Role

You'll be part of a dedicated and passionate team delivering outstanding support to a young person in their own home. This individual has a real passion for: Outdoor adventures Music Water play Trampolining

Your role will be to nurture these interests while creating a safe, structured, and enriching environment where they can truly flourish.

You'll help them develop independence, confidence, and self-worth, providing calm, trauma-informed, person-centred care.

Senior Support Workers will additionally:

  • Lead and mentor the team
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Support professional development for staff

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting individuals in a learning disability or complex needs setting
  • Senior Support Worker applicants should have leadership experience and the ability to mentor staff
  • Creative, resilient, and passionate about making a real difference
  • Driving licence essential (automatic, held for 1+ year) - you'll be driving the service user's vehicle to support community outings and activities.
