Do you want to be part of creating a new team to support adults with a learning disability lead their best life?
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Support Worker for our new Supported Living Service in Battle, which will provide support to 6 adults.
As a Senior Support Worker you will be motivated to provide excellent care and support by modelling good practice, monitoring performance and direct supervision of the staff. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of this new scheme, alongside supporting the people living there to make it home.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a positive attitude towards the rights of people with learning disabilities
- Can ensure staff provide excellent support
- Demonstrate and model good practice
- Maintain day to day safe working practices by ensuring that effective risk assessment and risk management processes are followed
- Are able to work a shift pattern according to the needs of the service
