Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team at Penfold Lodge in Clacton-On-Sea, part of Priory Adult Care.

Penfold Lodge is a care home for up to 18 adults who have enduring mental health problems. We provide low secure, open, recovery focused rehabilitation and community housing to support patients' safe and positive reintegration into the community.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our residents. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both residents and their families, supporting service users in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible.
