Millburn is located in Cambuslang, south east of Glasgow. We provide residential support for people with Autism/Learning Disabilities/Mental Health Conditions. The service specialises in a positive outcomes approach to help our Service Users achieve their life goals.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for positive, energetic, organised, compasionate and proactive individual to join our team as Senior Support Worker. Covering our Millburn service the ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of leading the House 3 and 5 team on the day. We need someone with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload with the skill and ability to produce rotas, supervise support staff on the floor and update care plans, complete good quality daily records and complete all other required forms and records.

We need someone who puts our residents needs and wellbeing at the core of what they do who is willing to go the extra mile for them. If this is you then we would be delighted to hear from you.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Senior Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial.
