As the Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and defining programmes of work, including managing and sequencing of dependencies with appropriate re planning and re prioritising.
Working within the context of complex, high dependency multi team initiatives, you will work across the entire lifecycle, from contributing to the strategic planning cycle, through discovery, experimentation to management of delivery.
You will contribute to our ongoing improvements to our delivery practices and ensure agile and lean principles are embedded to enable maximum value.
You will be work across any programme of change with a high level of EQ, influencing and communication shown in managing both teams and stakeholders.

Some of the great things you'll be doing:
• Ensure effective stakeholder management, working with sponsor, business units, partners/agencies and support functions to ensure the impact of change is accurately understood and commercially valued, challenging when appropriate.
• Communicating with stakeholders on progress, risks and issue management / resolution including escalation across relevant areas.
• Ensuring adherence to governance standards to enable consistent monitoring and reporting which can scale.
• Own dependency management across CtM collaborating with the wider Programme Management community. This includes effective mapping and monitoring of dependencies to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
• Own Programme Risk management and RAID quality
• Pre-empt resource requirements, risks, issues and impact including aligned teams.
• Ensure all programmes and projects comply with FCA / other relevant legislative regulations
• Initiate and drive ideas to improve business processes, products or services to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies.
• Drive team alignment to define and agree scope, make trade off decisions and de-risk delivery.
• Deputise for Community Practice lead / Business Owner and take ownership for decision making in their absence.
