Job Introduction
Are you an experienced business administrative professional with a passion for delivering exceptional housing services? Join the Royal Borough of Greenwich as a Senior Support Officer and play a key role in enhancing our housing services for residents.
In this varied role you will support our Head of Responsive Repairs and Voids by:
- Providing effective business and project support
- Undertaking discreet projects to support the effective organisation of the Responsive Repairs Service
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent high quality executive support across the remit of Responsive Repairs including absence cover
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with service areas, stakeholders internal and external to the Council and elected members.
We're looking for an individual who will be committed to delivering high quality housing services to our residents. You'll have extensive business administration skills and experience including:
- Experience of providing executive level support within a complex organisation.
- Experience of working within an organization with governance and accountability structures.
- Diary management and forward planning.
- Ability to undertake discreet projects.
- Experience of dealing effectively with a range of stakeholders, external agencies and members of the public.
