Senior Student Records Systems Officer
An exciting opportunity is available to work as a Senior Student Records Systems Officer in the University of Chester's Registry Services department.
As part of what we're calling the MyChester Project, the university is currently in the process of replacing our current SITS student records system with the Technology 1 solution, and the Senior Student Records Systems Officer will make a significant contribution to this, working alongside colleagues from right across the university.
The ability to think both logically and creatively is a must, as is accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with dedication to short term and long-term deadlines, many of which will overlap. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills as you'll work with colleagues from across most areas of the university in this role, as well as with colleagues at TechnologyOne and external bodies such as UCAS and Student Finance.
Both the MyChester Project and the remaining SITS work provide a fantastic opportunity for you to directly contribute to the continual improvement of services for our students and staff.
Although some working knowledge of the SITS and/or Technology1 student records systems would be advantageous, if you have an understanding of the student journey and an aptitude for learning new systems, we'd love to hear from you.
