Contract Type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:

ME+EM are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager who will work closely with the Founder and Management Team (MT) to support the strong period of growth ME+EM are currently undergoing and projecting in the mid to long term. The Senior Strategy Manager will work with the team to streamline and manage initiatives and projects within the business, using a strong point of view, business acumen and prior experience to make informed contributions to business success. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and orchestrate strategic business initiatives, from development through to successful execution, collaborating closely with senior leadership and department heads.
  • Assist, challenge and communicate with MT to facilitate timely decision-making, project management, and ensure initiatives are moving forward, always in alignment with the business goals.
  • Support the CEO, COO & Chairman with answering strategic questions, developing thorough analysis and ensuring insights and recommendations are clearly presented to the senior leadership.
  • Seek Improvements to current processes and optimise organisational procedures for efficiency and productivity and alignment to business priorities.
  • Lead the company's strategic planning and execution, serving as liaison between the Founder, MT, and wider teams regarding company's objectives, projects, proposals, and planning, constantly evaluating priorities and ensuring outputs are aligned;Own the end-to-end delivery of key decks/ slides and documents for key strategic meetings, including board packs & Quarterly MT Strategy Meetings, as well as for corporate events like Town Halls
  • Support leadership with strategic analysis that can support key decision-making, working comfortably with internal and external data sources
  • Build on relationships with MT and key employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations and help define new operational strategies by working with Founder and COO where new efficiencies can be created; Support Management Team with agenda setting for key meetings and ensuring actions are followed up on until delivery.
  • Keep up to date with the challenges and dynamics of the fashion industry, from market trends to M&A activity and relevant events, sharing most important findings with the management team
  • Support the COO and Chairman with investor relations and corporate finance duties, including investors network tracking and coordination of due diligence processes with relevant third parties;
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, advising the teams on how to develop action plans, PMO best practices, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications across the entire business.

Skills:

  • Ideally the candidate will have an MBA or similar qualification and prior experience in a business management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity.
  • Excellent tech/ powerpoint skills for presentations and data storytelling.
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management.
  • Proven success in project coordination and delivery.
  • Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications.
