Join the Audiology and Contact Lens Development team where you'll identify market trends and transform them into successful product strategies, sourcing innovative products that excite our customers and colleagues while ensuring supply security and upholding our value proposition.

Mainly focused on the audiology category you'll implement and manage the long-term category framework strategy, extending to 2030, working globally to assist with key initiatives that drive growth and allow us to serve more customers so that we always stay ahead of market trends.

Delivering cross-category development, representing the supply chain in the blended experience workstream, leading the sustainability efforts, and supporting the wider business in achieving net zero targets. Efficiency improvements will be a focus, as you identify and deliver cost and time saving opportunities.

Collaboration will be key, as you work with the Strategic Initiatives team to support our innovation pipeline, working closely with regions to aid their long-term framework and cross-category project delivery.

You'll bring experience in delivering category growth, ideally from an audiology background. Your expertise in stakeholder management and your drive for efficiencies and continuous improvement will set you apart. Your role will be home based with regular UK travel and some NE travel when required for the role.
