Purpose of the Role
Join the Sales & Marketing team as the Campaign & Events Manager where you'll be responsible for developing and delivering campaigns and events that drive demand for Bentley products across the United Kingdom, Middle East, Africa and India and be a creative force in developing and implementing the Beyond 100 marketing strategy across all channels. Reporting into the Head Of Marketing- UK & MEAI, your main responsibilities include;

  • Ensure the objectives of the brand strategy are reflected within the marketing plans and activities.
  • Lead the events strategy across both regions, briefing and managing agencies to deliver experiences that attract new audiences to the brand.
  • Implement and activate a range of partnerships with brands and influencers to access new prospects and create new content for use in campaigns.
  • Creation, management and reporting of CRM campaigns utilising Salesforce
  • Management and continuous monitoring of the regional media plan to deliver new leads in line with annual targets.

About the Team
The UK and MEAI regional team, based in Crewe and Dubai are the interface between the central Sales, Aftersales & Marketing team and our retailers which pan 13 countries, six time zones and four cultures.

We lead the marketing for Bentley's home market along with developing strategies that target the growing number of HNWIs across the MEAI region. Anticipating market dynamics and reflecting these changes in our marketing activities as well as preparing our markets for BEV results in a team which never stops moving.

Our strong set of external experts are well-briefed to deliver the creativity and demand we need to convert opportunities into sales for our retailers. Delivering operational excellence all the way through the sales funnel is a key objective of our team.

About you - Skills and Experience

  • Experience of marketing luxury brands and products inclusive of budget and resource and project management, operating at a regional, retailer, or marketing agency level.
  • Previous and recent experience of developing event concepts, managing events and delivering against clear KPI's .
  • Key skills developed using CRM systems to execute and measure all marketing activities.
  • Proven record of creativity and implementation of marketing & communications plans that are measurable and achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge of social and paid media planning and implementation.
